Who we are

Limassol Recovery Truck is a sole trader towing and roadside assistance business based in Limassol, Cyprus (Aksiou 42, Limassol). For anything related to your personal data, contact us at [email protected] or 96 295829.

What data we collect

We only collect data you give us directly, through the site's forms or the WhatsApp button:

• Name
• Contact phone number
• The type of service you need
• Your location, if you type it in or choose to share your GPS location

We do not collect any payment information through the site — payment is handled directly when the service is provided.

Why we use it

We use your details solely to contact you, understand your situation, and dispatch a vehicle for the roadside assistance you requested. The "Request a Quote" form opens WhatsApp with the details you entered, so we can reply to you directly there.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Your data may pass through:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and handles technical access to it.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the WhatsApp button, your message is sent via the WhatsApp platform, subject to its own privacy policy.
• Google Maps — only if you click "Show Map" on the Contact page, which loads content directly from Google.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store two small preferences locally on your device (via localStorage, not a cookie): whether you've acknowledged the cookie notice, and whether you've chosen to view the Google Maps embed. We do not currently use any visitor-tracking analytics tools.

How long we keep data

Contact details you send us are kept only for as long as needed to complete your service request, and are deleted once no longer needed.
